The staff was so kind and compassionate when we had to take our 13 year old dog Bailey to be euthanized. Her passing was so peaceful and quick. Not only did they show care during the actual appointment, but the next week we got a handwritten card in the mail, along with ink prints of her nose and her paw, and when I picked up her ashes this week, they included a small bottle of her fur. They made a devastating day more bearable.
