Dr. Carrie and her team are amazing. You can tell they truly care. They helped us manage multiple medical conditions with our cat for years. When it was time for us to say goodbye they, they helped guide us through it with compassion and made her last moments peaceful. We will always be so thankful for everything they did and highly recommended them.

Disappointed. It was OK for a while, and they they screwed us over tests. IDK if Dr.Carrie is good or not, fortunately we never had any issues, but they will keep losing clients because of miscommunication and ignorance. We brought our cat Klaus for a yearly checkup that included blood work and urine test. They did not try to get his urine (I am not sure why considering that the very first thing Klaus did back home 15 min later is that he peed). They asked us to collect urine at home. They also confirmed that it was paid for, and we should just bring it back. I was with my daughter, and she is my witness. Well, we tried and we failed. Collecting urine from 1 cat when you have 2 cats is a quest. I asked HP in chat if we could bring him back to get it done in the office. The answer was - sure, you have to make an app and pay for the test since it is past initial 28 days... WHAT? Nobody told us ANYTHING about ANY time frame. Not a word. Another thing - they claimed that lab called us and left a message. Should I mention that we did not get ANY calls or messages from them or from lab? No, I am not paying another $ on the top of $$ that I already paid. My last name is not Rockefeller, unfortunately. And as a cherry on top - in chat, when I mentioned that I am VERY disappointed, and I guess we should start looking for another vet, I did not get any reply, and they closed the chat. Meaning? They DON'T CARE. I am not running to another vet right now only because I've lost my faith in them in general, and I don't think that any new one would be any better. There is no single vet clinic without some disturbing and honest negative reviews, and you never know if you will be within lucky ones or not. But I will definitely keep looking, and I am not sure if I feel comfortable coming back to HP. I don't know if I can trust them. I am truly and honestly disappointed. I wanted to believe in you guys.

When the vet we’ve seen in the past wasn’t able to help, Dr. Carrie was able to squeeze my dog in the same morning I called & and saved us a trip to the ER. Everyone from the front desk to the tech was so kind and compassionate. I loved our experience so much I think we’ll totally be switching all of our vet care to Healing Paws Animal Hospital. Thank you so much Dr. Carrie & team!

The techs are so sweet! We have never had a bad experience, and I’m not anxious about my dog being stressed. They do everything they can to make it a quiet and calm environment. Just get the price ahead of time and bring cash so you don’t have to pay the 3-5% card service fee. We always forget! It’s a more expensive vet, but if you have an anxious pet and are in need a peaceful experience they can prescribe you sedatives for before they come in. My dog is so happy here. Thank you for taking such good care of my buddy!
