2024- Will never use again. They prescribe medication that should not be taken due to the health condition of the pet. This caused the kidney failure to rapidly progress and ultimately our pet no longer being here. November 2020: My s/o called today due to our dog not eating. They told him they are all booked, if you are worried take him to the Emergency Hospital. They would not give him any suggestions other than that. That is wrong. We have been going to this vet for almost 3 years now and when you have an emergency they should have other vet techs and maybe another vet there to help with appointments and emergencies. They are a ‘hospital’ but why not accept a continuing patient? Maybe they need to look into adding other staff if they are booked so much. Maybe they need to set something up where they can accommodate current patients with emergencies. It could be something simple. This just really upsets me due to them basically being like oh well go to the emergency vet and pay a fortune if you’re that worried. SERIOUSLY, you could have at least gave us suggestions or options. (You’ve have before until we could bring him in the next day) 2018: Love this Vet and the staff. Very well reasonable! My 3 month old pup enjoys going in. The only thing I didn’t like the first initial visit it was a little pushy to get some things when I wanted to only have the check up but I would recommend them to anyone!

We LOVE Happy Tails. The whole staff is wonderful. We see Dr. Battah and have followed him to every practice he goes to. You want the best for your fur babies, and this is the best!

What a wonderful business. The vets and office staff are great especially, Pam. She was so helpful in rescheduling my appointment. It was quick and easy and she made sure it worked within my schedule.
